ACSD tech support has no record of the username you created, the email address you provided, or password you used to create your TEACH account... neither does anyone over at district office, not even the person in charge of logging in PD hours, that is all done via social security numbers. No one knows this information except you, only you can remember it.
You should have signed up for a TEACH account in June 2016 if you didn’t already have one.
You were specifically asked to NOT use your albionk12.org email address, the idea being if you move to a different school you can take your TEACH account with you.
Possible source of confusion:MyNY.gov is used for multiple services, such as MyDMV, State of Health, TEACH, etc...You might have more than one login that could work on this webpageEnsure you are logging in with the correct username and password that is linked with your TEACH account.
