If the pull down menus do not appear when you try to take attendance ...
In internet explorer use the menu bar
Tools >> Internet Options >> Advanced Tab
Click on the Reset Button
Check the Delete Personal Settings Box
In a few seconds to a minute the process will complete
Log Out of Power Teacher
Exit Internet explorer and then restart Internet Explorer using the Power Teacher Icon on the desk top.
All should be back to normal.
Do not do this on your home machine unless you are certain you know all of you various account logins and passwords. They will be erased.
