In the first Marking period of a new class if the first grade is below 55, then the first grade may be changed to a 55.

To change the grade to a 55

• Open Grade book
• Select Class
• Select Term to M1 or Q1 (or M5 for an Spring Class)
• Right Click on the Failing Term Grade and Select Score Inspector
• Click Manual Override
• Change BOTH Grade and Percent to 55

Click Close when Finished
