Giving Incompletes

There are occasions when an incomplete needs to be given. The giving of an incomplete requires a certain amount of care,
so that follow up is done and grades are accurate at the end of the school year.
This page is only about the procedure. All other questions should be directed to your building principal.
Students will have time to make up work, simply keep the grades current in the grade book.
At some point in time grades will be stored, and you will need to notify the guidance office about your changes.

Giving Incompletes

1) Email the building principal indicating why the student is getting an incomplete.

2) In grade book

3) Contact Tech Support With the Students Name and Course if you wish to have an I placed in Grade for report card printing.

4) please check with your building principal if you have further questions.

To remove the Incomplete

in grade book
